- Dynamic analysis of structures and Seismic design.
- Non-linear dynamic analysis and interaction problems.

- Reinforced concrete and Pre-stressed structures.
- Behavior and design of steel structures. Bolted and welded connections.
- Forced and ambient vibration tests, Vibration based damage detection.
- System identification and signal processing, Structural Health Monitoring.
- Seismic rehabilitation of deficient structures.
- Development of innovative structural systems.
- Dynamic analysis and design and of offshore and steel marine structures.
Invention:
VBIM-Vibration Based Inspection Method, An inspection strategy was developed for underwater inspection of offshore structures, using ambient vibration tests for detecting damage index of underwater parts of offshore structure.It was certified by Iranian Offshore Oil Company(IOOC). Registered at Iranian registry office of inventions.
